How far in advance should I reserve my rental equipment?
For large events and weddings during the peak summer wedding season, we recommend reserving eight to twelve months in advance to ensure we have everything you need. For smaller events we would like three to six months lead time.
What is required to confirm my equipment rental?
We will prepare our estimate/contract, and upon approval by you, we request a 25% desposit to secure the equipment for your event date.
If my party is on Saturday, am I charged for more than one day?
Rental prices are not based on a daily rate. In most cases, the rental time frame is based on a weekend or week day event. The equipment is set up prior to the event date and removed after. If your event is on a weekday, we typically deliver the day before and pick up the day after your event, weekend events can vary for set up and take down times. Call and we will be happy to talk through your specific needs.
How do I know what size tent I need?
Call today to speak with us and we can walk you through tent sizing. We will glady meet you to do an on site evaluation at no cost.
How do I get in touch with you if I have an event-related emergency?
We hope you do not encounter any last-minute or emergency needs, but in the case that you need us outside of regular business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm) call us. After hours and on weekends we monitor and repsond to all calls.
Can tents be set up on an asphalt surface?
Yes, we are able to drill for stake holes or we can provide concrete anchors to secure the equipment.
